Investment Criteria
We partner with management teams and provide capital to private, entrepreneurial companies with significant growth potential. We are flexible in tailoring each investment to fit the needs of the business. As active board members, we work with management to refine the strategic plan for growth, identify any needed resources (e.g. human resources, systems, processes, equipment, capital, etc.) and then aggressively pursue execution. Our portfolio companies will typically have at least $5 million of revenue with positive EBITDA and share the following characteristics:
Consistent and predictable cash flows
Opportunity for significant revenue growth
Competitive advantage rooted in the value proposition offered to customers
Geographic proximity to ensure a close working relationship with our partners
